A good dish starts with the best ingredients
Since 1999, Tout à Fait has been established right in the heart of the historic centre of Maastricht, close to the Onze-Lieve-Vrouweplein. At the front of the establishment, you will find an aperitif area where you will be welcomed with a pre-dinner drink such as champagne, Crémant de Bourgogne, or your choice from our selection of cocktails. In short, a wonderful place to enjoy a relaxed aperitif, perhaps accompanied by oysters or thinly sliced Italian ham. Further to the back, the restaurant is split into two levels, both with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, one with a view of the open kitchen.
Taking inspiration from the seasons, Patron-Cuisinier Bart Ausems surprises his guests with suble combinations of tradition and originality. Thanks in no small part to his unrelenting dedication and continuous quest for new dishes, Tout à Fait has been rewarded with a 'Michelin star' since 2002.
